Tokyo Music Bar is a small upstairs cocktail bar in Cuauhtemoc built around vinyl playback and a Japanese listening-room reference point. It is polished, reservation-friendly, and more cocktail bar than purist kissa, but the hi-fi angle is part of the concept rather than a decorative afterthought.
The room works best when the records get as much attention as the drinks. The soundtrack leans into the Tokyo bar idea without needing to become a replica: low light, cocktails, a focused system, and enough ceremony around playback to slow the night down.
This is a good Mexico City stop for people who want the listening-bar format in a more formal cocktail setting. Sit close enough to the system to hear what the room is doing.
