ESP HiFi is Denver’s listening bar for records, natural wine, highballs, and slower attention. The room has a Japanese kissa influence, but it reads more like a contemporary sound bar than a nostalgia exercise.
The system is anchored by freestanding Klipsch Klipschorn loudspeakers, with Garrard 401 turntables and Thomas Schick tonearms in the vinyl chain. Speaker placement is treated as a serious part of the room rather than a detail to solve after the furniture arrives.
The music programme moves through listening sessions, DJs, and events. ESP is social, not silent, but the setup gives the records a real physical presence. Best for an early seat, a glass of wine, and enough time for the room to settle into itself.
