Jaç Hi-Fi Café translates the Japanese jazz kissa idea into a Mediterranean daytime cafe: coffee, food, records, guest selectors and a system built for long listening rather than late-night volume. The room is relaxed enough for conversation or a laptop, but the music is still treated as part of the reason to be there.
The system centres on two Technics SL-1210 turntables, a Rotel amplifier, a WiiM streamer for digital playback and custom-built Bloom loudspeakers integrated into the space. The setup favours warmth, detail and comfort over big-room pressure.
Music moves through soul, jazz, funk, hip-hop, R&B, Brazilian records, rare groove and downtempo, with vinyl preferred whenever possible. Jaç is best approached as a cafe with listening-bar discipline rather than a nightlife room: order coffee, sit for a while, and let the selector do some of the work.
