GotSoul MNL is a hi-fi tapas restaurant and listening bar in Forbes Town, BGC. The room is built around the DJ booth, with records behind the selector and a dining floor that can move from relaxed service into a late-night listening session.
The system is split between a contemporary quadraphonic setup and a vintage Altec Lansing A7 rig, with Altec Lansing 1003B multi-cell horns, Modern TPI speakers and amplification, JBL bullet tweeters, Gold Note PA-10 amplification, and a Technics SL-1200LTD Gold Edition (1995). Acoustic paneling, insulated walls, and controlled decibel levels keep the room social without letting the system disappear.
The music moves through jazz, soul, funk, disco, house, and electronic sets, with the food program handled as part of the same rhythm rather than as a separate restaurant layer. It is more open and social than a strict jazz kissa, but the sound system and selector culture are clearly part of the main event.
