Freaking Out The Neighborhood is a small Sukhumvit 36 listening bar from the Have You Heard? orbit, with a record-first format and a clear lean toward alternative music. Each night has a headline album, then complementary records chosen around its mood rather than a loose bar playlist.
The system runs JBL 4344 speakers, a McIntosh 7270 amplifier, and a Technics SL-1210MK7 fitted with a Goldring E4 cartridge. Everything is played on vinyl. The policy favours indie, rock, contemporary and experimental jazz, electronica and trip hop, with albums played from start to finish when the night calls for it.
