Music No fixed genre policy: Appetite plays from a 3,000-plus private vinyl collection across Afro-Cuban jazz, 1970s rock, 1990s R&B and other music from across time and geography. DJ sets usually run Fridays, Saturdays and special events, with occasional shifts by chef-owner Ivan Brehm.
